![]() The same young waiter came back later with the check. I assumed someone would come by to «make it right.» Didn’t happen. Yes, but this is on a cheap bun as you can see. He looked puzzled and said it’s always been on a kaiser roll. When the young waiter came back around to check on us, and asked the obligatory, «How is everything», I asked him when they started using cheap hamburger buns on this particular sandwich. Ugh, it tasted even worse than it looked, which was awful. ![]() Since they were so busy, I shrugged and tried to eat it, since they were so slammed. By the time I realized it, the waiter was long gone. And not even a decent hamburger bun, at that. Whaaat?! My sandwich, instead of being on a kaiser roll, was on an open faced plain hamburger bun. ![]() afternoon, the place was packed but it didn’t take long to get our food. Plus they have the best cakes and pies anywhere! However, today, at lunch I ordered something I’ve never had there before, their ultimate grilled cheese sandwich. There is definitely no complaining about the dessert menu, but it is hard to see past cold food. They did bring me potato chips, and the wine was good. It really made it hard to focus on enjoying the evening when it didn’t feel like we were a priority. Our food order was taken in segments, which to me was just odd and uncomfortable. I have paid this much for buffets before, but all the food was cold. Our dinner guest arrived, and ordered the $ 27 buffet. There was also a live band, which would have been nice except it was so loud we had to shout at each other to have conversation. It comes off as very eclectic, and makes it hard to focus on what is going on at your table. They have several nooks that are supposed to be a more private space, but every wall of this place is painted and decorated differently. The general atmosphere of this place is busy. We went to this place because a friend suggested it would be a good place for a quiet, relaxing, and personal environment. The icing is amazing too! I also got the chocolate cake. It is so moist and it literally melts in your mouth. I’m not a fan of sweet potato in general but you have to try their sweet potato cake. You can also buy it too! My sister bought it for $ 8 and it was in a large wine bottle. My favorite dressing there is the house dressing (vidalia onion). I love the meat sauce but I wasn’t a fan of the large tomatoes in it. No matter what time you go in there, the restaurant is always packed! I got the spaghetti and salad. Their food is awesome and their desserts are even better! Came here for a bridal shower.
